She looks like someone punched her in the lip. I got a burn on my hand that puffed up like this. She used to be confident about her chest and her lips were already full enough. She looks much older.

That is not the only thing wrong she looks strung out on drugs as well, she looks awful and it's sad because she was very beautiful.
