Hmm... while the after doesn't look bad at all, i prefer the before... Really, he could have hired a trainer 1 time to outline a workout plan and then pumped up naturally in a couple months without the expense or discomfort of an operation.
This is one of the best pec implant photo's I've seen. Most of them look too fake at the top, but this looks very natural. I don't think his chest was bad to begin with, however. I would love to have his before.
i would have used the money to do something about all that hair.it looks like some simple excersizes could have gone a long way for this guy, he wasn't too bad to begin with.
This young man must have body dysmorphia. (Distorted self image.) Absolutely no improvement...This doesn't look like natural pectoral development. There's too much fullness under the collarbone. My advice to him is go to a museum & look at some Hellenistic statues. That's what the young body should look like. Slim & graceful is just fine and just as masculine as some big, chunky, overdeveloped guy.
There is NOTHING wrong with this guy, neither with his brain. He looks awesome before, and MUCH BETTER after. It amazes me how many envious people are out there who can't refrain their tounge. AND there's nothing wrong with the hair either; it is MASCULINE for heaven's sake. Many would love to have a hairy chest like him!
