After = nice, average, non-ethnic, average look blending in with the crowd
You probably got more attention from strangers before, but now a lot of compliments from people you already knew. It only matters which you prefer. To me you were beautiful before and are beautiful after.

Wow, results are amazing, you look incredible! I sure hope my own results turn out so well! I can sure relate to not being able to live with the "before" shot! Sure you make yourself look great in clothes... but I havn't had the confidence to get into swimwear for 15 years! Yes before is fine... but After is Amazing! good on you!

she had too much on her hips/tighs . The doctor left her without ANY curve. That's why a liposcupture is better than just a liposuction.
Your hips, butt and thighs were perfect before. But, if it makes you happy...
The surgery did this woman's body some good; her body looks great now!
I think she looks great! This is my body exactly and I hate it. I would love to know who did the work. This is what I'm looking for.
