Well it does not look innatural in this pic, I am mediterrean and pretty much the same shape, and to be hinest I don't understand all the fuss about a bum... Looks like everything has to be fake these days but it does not look fake in this pic... And even if, it would be only her business!! Get a life ppl!!!;-p
Insurance should cover corrections like this because it really is facial deformities and valid physical ailments. She looks like two different people, really beautiful afterwards and I bet it made a tremendous difference in her life.
