I am 20 yr old suffrs frm thoracic trauma n now it bcms life threatning deal for me n i can,t handle this. So plz tell me what can i do

this is fake, i have a "PC" and tbh all that has been done in this picture is the man worked out. Fake plastic surgery credit. All it took was him going to the gym, you can notice his abs got stronger too in the after.

this guy has a mild deformity in his sternum bone. the implants work excellent on him. congrats.

That looks way better

They look great!

get your [filtered word] to the gym you lazy f*cker

Ok, am I the only one that thinks these implants look feminine?

In his case I think these implants are necessary because of his chest deformity.

He looked better with just the pigeon chest. Now he looks like a drag queen.

Sorry I have to disagree. I'm a 22 year old college student, and trust me I know pecs...and those are nice. I really love the way he looks afterwards. Congrats
