Rhinoplasty with Chin Augmentation
This procedure was a great example of how an elongated and enlarged nose work in conflict with a retruded chin. and how correction of each with both rhinoplasty and chin augmentation compliment each other. A septoplasty provided marked airway improvement as well.

Definitely an improvement. I think a cheek implant in addition would help a whole lot though.
Excellent nose work. She could have also had her cheeks hollowed out a bit; she looks a bit pouty.

Chin improvement, but I am super impressed with the gorgeous nose job. One of the nicest!
