The beautiful people you refer to half of them were ugly duckling before they got under the knife my friend. Everyone is having their faces shaved in hollywood. 99% so stop jugding and you would get your face done if you were an actor to.

Her "change" in look has definitely helped her career; having famous parents is the bonus, lol.
Demi must have thought that any children she had would have her post-op chin.
Her chin does look smaller, but I think most of what's been done has been done with makeup. You can see there's shading (below her lower lip, on the sides of her nose), as well as highlighting (middle of nose, above upper lip, corners of eyes), and blush--all which work together to make her eyes look bigger and further apart and give her face areas of texture to break up the largeness of it. Also, her new eyebrow shape is flattering for her face.
Even plastic surgery can't make her even slightly attractive. But at least she's rich.
i love plastic surgery, it's amazing what great things one can accomplish with that provided one's got a good surgeon.... i love looking at before and after pics, and i think of how pleased the people who acheived a better look will be. The commenters leave me appalled though!

If I had her face and her money, I'd have my jawline shaved down....drag queens do it all the time.
Def. had something done to the jaw. Better, but as someone said, "ugly is ugly". I think she may have gotten her nose shaved down just a touch, as well. It's sharper at the tip and I don't think it's just makeup.
Can't she just live off her parents' $$ and stop assaulting our eyes? I'm sure she's a great girl but leave the movie business to the beautiful people. That's what we buy tickets for.
What good is done in the world by leavong mean comments on pages on the internet? The people here leaving witless pointless mean comments made me feel icky in my own skin, sad to be a part of the human race. Where are manners these days? If you cant say something nice, dont say anything at all. Im working on this in my 'real' life; Please, do it too. Humanity is better than this.
