What is wrong with you people. Most of you sound dumb & drunk. These people have options that only money can buy. Everyone has insecurities and in hollywood you swim with the sharks or you sink. Plain and simple. Ordinary people make bad decisions everyday and it's not headline news. Leave the people alone to spend their money how they please. Society is the problem. Half these stars must likely would have faded away in obscurity if it weren't for their drastic measures. Who Knows... What I do know is if my farts were headline news every day. I would be famous and you would be talking about it. And maybe, just maybe I would get plastic surgery because I would be RICHHH!!! and your not.

What are you guys talking about?! Clearly it's just shadowing done with makeup. You can can contor anything to look more scultped or enhanced without having to have surgery. So lame!!!
