Anorexia Nervosa--she looks like a classic case--so sad..
Her mom needs to pull her head out of her [filtered word] & take care of her kids--instead of wanting to be their "best friend & pal"!! :(
She looks like she has been dabbling in the drugs and alchohol with her sister...she probably did this so she wouldnt be associated with her sister since they naturally look so much alike...instead she has done the opposite now people will categorize them both as CRAZIES! ~lookin like death becomes her....smh
It's a travesty how her mother allowed this hideous transformation to happen. She's only a teenager for goodness sake and now looks like an ugly 40 year old transexual that is seriously ill and at deaths door.
How can she possibly look in the mirror and believe she looks good, let alone allow herself to be photographed to show the world.
The mother was aparty to ruining her eldest daughter, now look how she's allowing the younger one to turn out.

I don't think that she had a plastic surgery. Call me crazy but it's just her getting skinny that effects her face.
She looks a mess! Its not even that she's ugly because she isn't but that is clearly the signs of drug abuse & malnutrition. Poor poor girl.
If she didn't fill in her eyebrows as much, she wouldn't look nearly as awful.
i think she may have an eating disorder. the mother better keep an eye out on this one. something is NOT right health-wise

that is the saddest thing i think i have ever seen..... that girl was beautiful the way she was.... she completely destroyed herself she looks aweful
