she looks like she is trrying to hide a serious weight loss. in 2 yrs a pretty girl now looks ill. i feel sorry 4 her...whatever is going on.
I think it's weight loss and paler skin. But she definitely had something done to the lips. She barely had lips before, and that is NOT a make up trick!
She looks 35 years old. That cannot be good when you are so young...
two beautiful sisters...now two freaks...amazing how bad their parents raised them...what a shame
she looks anorexic and needs food. she may have had work done on cheeks and lips and what not to hide her not eating?
Her nose was done (it's narrower, straighter and the tip has been lifted) & definitely lip fillers. Looks like she's had work done on her chin/jaw, however can be from weight-loss or the angle the photo has been shot in.
i agree, theres no surgery done here. just a serious dramatic weight loss. and it took a toll on her face. its amazing what thicker eyebrows can do...jus like megan fox totally changes her face( but she's had surgery too). ali lost the tan. and has grown.
Are you Ali? ... because no one in their right mind except Ali herself would say she had nothing done.... look at the nose and lips! I agree that the dramatic wight loss and thicker eyebrows are adding to the weirdness of her look, but she had a nose job, lip fillers, and her cheeks done, combined with not eating for a few months.
And like her sister did when there was a big stink about her not brushing her teeth, Ali had her veneers taken off.
