She looks like she has been dabbling in the drugs and alchohol with her sister...she probably did this so she wouldnt be associated with her sister since they naturally look so much alike...instead she has done the opposite now people will categorize them both as CRAZIES! ~lookin like death becomes her....smh

It's a travesty how her mother allowed this hideous transformation to happen. She's only a teenager for goodness sake and now looks like an ugly 40 year old transexual that is seriously ill and at deaths door.
How can she possibly look in the mirror and believe she looks good, let alone allow herself to be photographed to show the world.
The mother was aparty to ruining her eldest daughter, now look how she's allowing the younger one to turn out.

This poor girl has serious anorexia...I hope she gets the help she needs. It may have something to do with that horrible mother of hers-both she and her sister are so messed up.
It does look like she has very exaggerated plastic surgery-chin and cheek implants and I think she was absolutely beautiful before and didn't need anything done.
Here's my take: She had rhinoplasty, & lip fillers to cover up her anorexia.
This is a tragedy waiting to happen! This girl needs to be removed from her momager's "care" and custody, and placed in a long-term counseling facility, ASAP!!
The dramatic (and horrible) change in her appearance reminds me of an anorectic girl that one would she on an afternoon talk show. The situation is usually, the desperate family has contacted the show, and the host tries to convince them to take treatment. And ALWAYS, the show ends with the message crawl stating that "2 weeks later, Sally lost her battle with anorexia. At age 19, her heart stopped beating".
There should be no doubt in anyone's mind that this girl has had unnecessary (and poorly done!!) plastic surgery. But, the more concerning problems are her mental and physical health. Take her out of the unhealthy situation, fix her mind, mind-set, and self-esteem, and maybe she can return to physical and mental health.
