Oh man, poor Heidi. I've seen her in person at a restaurant before these 10 procedures, and she was stunningly gorgeous. She should have stopped after her nose and chin job, though I don't think she even needed those as I've admired her beauty since her days on Laguna Beach. It was clear to me she was the best looking girl on those shows, but that's no longer the case, unfortunately. It's really heartbreaking to think she can't reverse this.
