OMG In the left pic he´s like 16 years old and in the other he is like now, 21, obviously the jaw line is different and in the nose it looks like it´s sth about the light reflection.

He may have had the nose done, but the rest? Come on, as guys reach adulthood they lose the puppy fat and their faces lengthen. Besides the nose (I'm not sure, is it the angle, the light?) the rest looks like the work of nature and a little eyebrow plucking to me.
I agree. The rest of his face changed only because he has aged. He lost the puppy fat on his face, it's not because he got the rest of his face done! Those of you who say he got the rest of his face done are seriously very very stupid.
